Stationary Battery Terminology

Battery Academy is allowing you to access and view the webinar (“Webinar”) provided that you fully adhere to and comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By checking that you have read the webinar Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and hereby agreeing to be bound by and subject to these Terms.
1. You agree to view the Webinar and use the materials provided therein (the “Materials”) solely for your own personal use. You shall not use the Webinar or the Materials for any purposes beyond the scope of the access and use permitted by these Terms. You shall not at any time, directly or indirectly, and shall not permit any third party to: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Webinar or Materials, in whole or in part; (ii) sell, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Webinar or the Materials to any third party; (iii) remove any proprietary notices from the Webinar or the Materials; or (iv) use the Webinar or Materials in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of Battery Academy or any third party, or that violates any applicable law.
2. You acknowledge that Battery Academy owns all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Webinar and the Materials.
3. You agree to access the Webinar and the Materials solely through the use of individual access credentials provided to you. You agree not to share your access credentials with any other individual or allow any other individual to access the Webinar or the Materials with your access credentials.
4. THE WEBINAR AND THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT Battery Academy, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR ACCESS TO THE WEBINAR OR THE PROVISION OF THE MATERIALS TO YOU OR THEIR USE BY YOU, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBINAR OR THE MATIERALS IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE.
5. You shall indemnify, defend and hold Battery Academy harmless from and against any claim, suit or proceedings bought against Battery Academy to the extent they arise out of your access or use of the Webinar or the Materials.
6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
